Connect CRM data with analytical tools and develop dashboards for a media foundation.
The project
Software development and data management for a media foundation. The scope includes Salesforce–Tableau connectors, administration of a business-system SQL database and dashboard development.
Engineering approach
The connector makes CRM data accessible to an analytical tool through an explicit exchange between the platforms. Database administration and dashboard work complement that scope; the diagram distinguishes documented flows from components shown for context.
Work delivered
Application connectors and analytical views, complemented by administration of the business application’s database.
My contribution
- Development of Salesforce–Tableau connectors using JavaScript and HTML
- Administration of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV SQL database
- Creation of Looker Studio dashboards for data analysis
